Claims / Warranty Information
No returns without prior written authorization, a copy of which must be enclosed with shipment. Purchase invoice number must be indicated.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Returned material should be sealed and without any different labels or codes; it will be subject to a maximum inspection and handling charge of 20%. Items may not be returned after 30 days.
Medical devices can only be accepted back with special conditions only.
Claims for shipping damage should be brought to the attention of your shipper. Merchandise is traveling at your risk. In case of loss, you will be responsible.
Merchandise can be insured on your request. In order not to lose any redress on the carrier, customers who receive damaged packages must write on the delivery document, “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE.” next to your signature.
